Ava channels her passion for music into nurturing the next generation of musicians. Ava Bigalke is a dedicated oboist and multi-instrumentalist currently pursuing her studies in Oboe Performance at the University of North Texas studying under Dr. Jung Choi. Previously, she honed her craft at the University of Kansas under the guidance of Dr. Margaret Marco before transferring.

Her exceptional talent has garnered recognition, including the prestigious Patrick Gillmore Award, celebrating her outstanding contributions to the musical world. With a keen interest in expanding her musical horizons, Ava looks forward to continuing her education focusing on getting her masters degree in multiple woodwinds.
